Admission Process

Our admissions are governed by the Admission Supervisory Committee (ASC) and strictly follow the guidelines laid down by AICTE and Mahatma Gandhi University.

Selection is based on:

Entrance exam score

80% weightage

(Accepted Exams: KMAT Kerala, CMAT, CAT)

Group discussion

10% weightage

(Assesses communication, critical thinking & teamwork)

Personal Interview

10% weightage

(Evaluates aptitude, leadership potential & program fit)

Candidates are shortlisted based on entrance scores and invited for GD and PI, conducted by our experienced faculty panel.

Final rankings are calculated using the weighted scores from the entrance exam, group discussion, and personal interview. In case of a tie, academic performance and age (seniority) are considered.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the MBA program at RAMS, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree from Mahatma Gandhi University or any equivalent recognized university.

For CGPA System: Minimum ‘C’ grade or equivalent with 50% aggregate.

Final-year students may apply provisionally.

A valid KMAT Kerala / CMAT / CAT score is mandatory.

How to apply

Step 01.
Submit online application

Visit apply.ramsbschool.org and complete the online application form.

Upload a recent passport-size photograph and your scanned signature. Mark sheets are not required at this stage

Once submitted, a copy of your application will be sent to your email. For any corrections, please contact our Admissions Office.

Step 02.
Verify your documents with our Admissions team

Our Admissions Team will contact you to verify your documents and discuss your MBA aspirations. Keep the following documents ready:

10th & 12th mark sheets

Degree certificate and Consolidated mark sheet

Transfer certificate (TC) and Conduct certificate

Migration certificate (if applicable)

Eligibility certificate (for students from non-MG University institutions)

Caste certificate (if applicable)
